If the charges are verified as incorrect, we will issue a full refund in the form of Amazon vouchers (or a voucher for another retailer of your choice), along with an additional £10 voucher as compensation for the inconvenience. - Complaint Resolution:
Our goal is to respond to all initial complaints within 24 hours (one working day). We strive to resolve all complaints within five working days. During this time, we will keep you updated on the progress of your complaint, primarily through email correspondence.
Cancellation Policy

How to Opt Out:
You may cancel your subscription or stop receiving promotional emails by contacting us directly via phone or by sending an email with the word ‘STOP’ in the subject line to the designated email address provided in our communications.
